Excellent front desk, very clean, good bathroom and very comfortable mattress. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price paid. Great location, walkable from the entrance to the train station and a short taxi ride to the old town. Would highly recommend.

Quick check in, very helpful staff. Room is clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning works perfect for the hot July days, very quiet. We are well rested after driving from Barcelona. The hotel has a big underground parking. Lots of spaces. Parking is EUR 12, but street parking is free if you can find a spot.

Convenient location for travelling - very close to the train station. If you would like to visit the city center there is a bus stop nearby (in front of Lidl). Nice room, very clean, quite spacious bathroom. It was possible to leave the luggage before the check-in and after check-out.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room itself was quite spacious and well thought-through. The location is quite alright – a 10 minute walk from the train station but you have to walk a bit if you want to take a public transport. I only had a bit of struggle with the slippery bathtub and would also prefer the bidet to have a detachable sprayer but the classic bidet works too. Also there were no slippers in my room, I am not sure if that the hotel policy but just in case pack your own pair of slippers with you. Overall I enjoyed my 2-night stay in the Hotel Zentral Ave, it was definitely worth it.

Overall Staff were lovely, free parking another bonus, area close to bars, 25 minutes walk into town, near to bus stop, the lad behind the desk when we arrived, and he was there during the next day was such a lovely guy

Modern and comfortable hotel, spacious rooms and good value breakfast. Indeed the food offering in the day was an odd selection but good quality. Car park available though I was lucky and parked outside for free. Staff were helpful and front desk staff spoke good English.

Zentral hotels deliver what you expect and a little more. It is so nice when things just work as they should. The reception staff were very friendly, smiling and helpful. The breakfast was great. The location was a level 10-15 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. It was great to have covered private parking on site.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We felt very safe and welcoming in this hotel. Breakfast was excellent and fresh. The Hotel also has a very good coffeebar.

Nice clean hotel, didn’t book breakfast but cafe bar in reception was excellent. Was worth booking Premier room for kettle & coffee machine! Easy Parking opposite hotel for free! Would stay again.

Really friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room was perfect, space and every where spotlessly clean. Secure car parking. Bus stop nearby for getting into town centre.
